JHA Media is founded and run by Ben Evans, an eCommerce Growth Strategist with a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a conviction that growth problems are systems problems.

Before JHA Media, Ben trained and qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, the highest level of a discipline built on one idea: find the constraint in a system, fix it, measure the result, repeat. It is the method manufacturers use to remove waste from production lines, and it turns out to be exactly what most growing businesses are missing.
Most agencies sell a channel. Ads, or email, or a website. When the channel underperforms, the answer is always more of the channel. The ACR Growth Method exists because that logic is backwards. Acquisition, Conversion and Retention behave as one system, and the constraint is usually not where the symptom is. Diagnosis comes before prescription, every time.
That approach has now produced over £20M in tracked client revenue across eCommerce brands like The Corkbox, Supplmnt, RB Club and MomentsMade, and service businesses across Cardiff and South Wales.
